First publication of the new /legal/ Legal Center, replacing legacy /z/ notices for the current operator.

Includes the plan-specific Reservations distinction: Basic WhatsApp request/manual confirmation; Advanced+ availability/capacity automation when enabled.

Later corrections and improvements will be published as a new version without erasing this history.
