1. Operator and acceptance

By using the website or a public profile you accept these terms to the extent applicable. Paid contracts also incorporate the Business Terms, the accepted order and applicable addenda.
2. What ez Connect is
ez Connect is a modular digital-presence platform. It can display information, content, catalogs, menus, promotions and events, and can enable actions such as contacting, buying, booking, delivery requests, quotes or payments through ez Connect or third-party flows.
Feature availability depends on the profile, plan, country, configuration and actual product status. A roadmap reference does not make a feature part of a contract.
3. Profiles and content
Profile owners keep their rights in their content and represent that they have the necessary permissions. They grant ez Connect a limited, non-exclusive technical license to host, technically adapt, display, transmit and back up that content to provide the service.
4. Third-party actions
External services may participate in purchases, bookings, orders, invoicing, WhatsApp, maps, social networks, delivery apps or payments. ez Connect does not become the underlying seller, restaurant, carrier, bank or invoice issuer unless expressly stated.
5. Availability and changes
We may maintain, correct or replace features with functional equivalents. Material changes affecting paid rights will be communicated reasonably and applied prospectively, subject to mandatory law.
6. Security and misuse
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, malware, impersonation, abuse, security risk, rights violations or serious breach, using proportionate measures and, except in emergencies, a reasonable opportunity to respond or appeal.
7. Responsibility
We do not guarantee sales, rankings, reservations, orders, third-party availability or specific business results. Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
Mexican law governs the relationship with ez Connect and Guadalajara, Jalisco courts apply where legally permitted. This does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
9. Language and changes
Spanish is the prevailing legal version. Translations are provided for convenience. Material changes are recorded in the Legal Center change log.
