1. Rights responsibility
Anyone submitting or publishing logos, photos, video, text, music, names, trademarks, likeness or other materials must have sufficient rights or permissions.
2. Technical license
The owner grants ez Connect a non-exclusive worldwide license limited to the service purpose and term to host, technically reproduce, format, display, transmit, back up and deliver submitted materials. Ownership is not transferred.
3. Music, covers and third-party works
Original or properly licensed content may be hosted. Covers, samples, backing tracks, arrangements, translations or music videos may require separate composition, lyrics, recording, performance or synchronization rights. Where evidence is insufficient, direct hosting may be refused and an official supported link/embed may be used instead.
4. External platforms
Official supported links or embeds may be used from Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify, SoundCloud, Mixcloud, TIDAL, YouTube/YouTube Music, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or other enabled third parties. ez Connect does not download or re-host third-party files merely because a URL/embed is provided.
5. Trademarks, likeness and impersonation
Marks, identity or likeness may not be used in a misleading way. Evidence of ownership, license or authority may be requested.
6. Reporting
Send reports to copyright@ezconnect.me identifying the right, disputed URL/content, your relationship to the right, contact details, available evidence and a good-faith statement.
7. Takedown and counter-notice
Content may be restricted when a report is sufficiently supported or risk justifies preventive action. The affected user may be notified and allowed to respond or counter-notice where appropriate.
8. Repeat infringement
Three substantiated violations within a rolling 180-day window trigger formal review for suspension or termination. The count is not automatic termination; severe deliberate or high-risk conduct may justify immediate action.
9. Evidence and appeals
Minimum evidence is retained for case handling and appeals under the retention policy.
10. United States / DMCA
A DMCA agent registration is deferred and will be reconsidered before materially directing a hosting operation to the United States or if external counsel recommends it.
