Demo/contact data: name, business/project, email or phone/WhatsApp and the issue you want to solve.

Contracts/support: identity, contact, tax, billing, representation, communications and submitted materials.

Profiles: information the profile owner chooses to make public, including name, bio, image, location, hours, menus, catalogs, products, prices, social links and portfolio.

End-user operations: depending on enabled features, name, phone, date/time, order, delivery address, invoice data, reservations and operational messages.

Technical data: security logs, IP, user agent, session identifiers, consent records and interaction events where applicable.

Provide and maintain ez Connect; respond to demos/support; contract and bill; publish profiles; run requested features; prevent fraud/abuse; maintain security; comply with law; handle rights and disputes; and measure use when applicable consent/configuration exists. Marketing is separate and optional.

For orders, reservations, newsletters, invoicing and similar operations, the profile owner generally determines the commercial purpose and acts as controller. ez Connect may act as a processor and as an independent controller for its own security, fraud prevention, compliance and defense.

Basic: name, phone/WhatsApp, date, time, party size and comments are used to prepare a request sent to the establishment through WhatsApp. The request is not automatically confirmed.

Advanced, when enabled: status, table/area assignment, availability rules, capacity, blocks and audit history may also be processed so the system can confirm, reject or keep a request pending. WhatsApp is a convenience notice, not the sole source of status.

We may use third-party infrastructure, messaging, maps, analytics, storage, payment services and advertising measurement tools such as Meta Pixel, X Pixel or TikTok Pixel when required by a function or campaign and applicable configuration/consent exists. Our operational list is at /legal/subprocessors/. We do not sell contact databases to advertisers. Where a transfer requires consent, it will be requested as applicable; transfers permitted by law without consent may also occur where relevant.

For access, correction, deletion/cancellation or objection requests, email privacy@ezconnect.me with enough information to verify identity and locate the data. We follow the response periods required by applicable Mexican law.

We use risk-based controls, need-to-know access, backups and minimization. No system is infallible; incidents are managed according to their nature and applicable duties.

We do not offer accounts to people under 18 at launch. Minors may view public content; age-restricted products require specific controls.

Material changes are published in the Legal Center and communicated through reasonable channels where required.
