1. Product
Amber Hub is a central landing page for a multi-location brand hosted and managed within ez Connect. It is not a vertical.
2. License
One Amber Hub license covers one brand and one central landing. Branch profiles/licenses remain separate.
3. Payment
It is a one-time product when offered as Lifetime. Price, tax and market are fixed in the accepted order.
4. Included
Base presence, hosting within ez Connect and links to authorized branches.
5. Excluded
Out-of-scope custom design, content production, external integrations, branch licenses, domains, third-party costs and custom development unless quoted.
6. Changes and continuity
Functionality may evolve while preserving a functional equivalent. Lifetime Terms also apply when sold as Lifetime.
7. Launch promotion and separate historical benefits
A launch promotion contemplates no-charge Amber Hub for an organization with two or more eligible business profiles verified as belonging to the SAME organization. This new promotion does not grant a Lifetime license by itself. Previously purchased Amber Hub Base Lifetime rights and the separate historic six-or-more paid-profile benefit remain governed by their own accepted terms and are not extinguished by the promotion.
Profiles from different organizations may not be aggregated merely because they share an administrator, payer, account, email or workspace. Eligibility and continued benefit require contractual/product validation; this wording does not activate a technical grant.
8. Derived level, isolation and continuity
The Hub's displayed/commercial level may derive from the highest valid current plan among authorized profiles of the same organization; it does not transfer ownership, licenses, entitlements, private data or ACL among profiles. Each branch keeps its own license and effective permissions.
If the free promotion ceases to apply, presentation may transition to Amber Community while compatible URLs and QR codes remain, without retaining unearned paid capabilities. An actually purchased Amber Lifetime license keeps its separate historical rights. Operational recalculation or downgrade requires dedicated technical and contractual controls before enablement.
