1. Prohibited
Fraud, malware, exploitation, threats, doxxing, impersonation, illegal content, prohibited goods/services, deliberate rights violations and deceptive practices are not allowed.
2. Regulated categories
We may require identity, representation, licenses, permits, a visible responsible party and evidence for claims. Entire categories may be prohibited in a market when risk or regulation requires it.
3. Claims
False or unsubstantiated claims and guaranteed cure/returns are prohibited where relevant. Presence or verification on ez Connect is not an endorsement of a claim.
4. Reports
Send general reports to report@ezconnect.me and IP reports to copyright@ezconnect.me.
5. Measures
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts. Serious risks may require immediate action; ordinary cases generally include notice and an opportunity to respond.
6. Appeals
Ordinary decisions may be appealed within 15 calendar days unless law, an authority order or an emergency prevents restoration.
