1. Contract formation
The contract consists of the accepted order or quote, these Business Terms, Billing Terms and applicable product, vertical or module addenda. The order identifies the plan, profile or branch, price, currency, taxes, cadence, scope and exclusions.
2. License unit
Unless agreed in writing, each license covers one profile or branch. One account may administer multiple profiles without converting one license into a multi-location license.
3. Onboarding
Delivery periods start after payment and receipt of complete minimum materials. The customer is responsible for accurate information and sufficient rights. Scope changes or missing materials may pause delivery.
4. Modules
Only modules identified by the plan, order or approved configuration are included. Some modules depend on third parties or additional terms. Future features are not sold until expressly enabled.
5. Customer operations
The customer is responsible for its prices, hours, promotions, menus, inventory, availability, permits, sector compliance and transactions with its own customers.
6. Support and changes
Support levels and content-change requests depend on the plan. Technical maintenance is not unlimited redesign, bulk entry, content production or custom development.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend for non-payment, fraud, serious risk or breach. Recurring accounts follow the published retention and reactivation policy, subject to legal retention duties.
8. Ownership
The contract does not transfer ownership of software, code, infrastructure, templates or modules. Customers retain their own materials and data rights.
9. Successor operator
A legitimate successor entity may assume operations if it assumes existing obligations, honors paid periods and updates applicable notices and contact details.
10. Contact
support@ezconnect.me for support; legal@ezconnect.me for contract matters.
11. Personal identity, ownership and delegation
A Customer account may have at most one free PERSONAL profile of its own; this is distinct from commercial Community and grants no commercial license. An account may be related to multiple business profiles without thereby acquiring ownership or access.
Each business profile has one digital owner. Corporate representation, administrator, payer and tax recipient may differ. Delegation is granted/revoked per actor, stable profile, resource and action; workspace membership, payment or invitation does not itself confer access. No ownership, private data or ACL is transferred by email, alias, PRIMARY/SECONDARY hierarchy or association.
12. Plan and module structure
Community, Starter, Basic, Advanced, Pro 1 and Pro 2 are the intended commercial levels for each solution. Custom is a cross-solution configuration, not a seventh level of that ladder; Enterprise requires a separate quote. Documentation does not prove rollout, entitlement, ACL or a currently offered price.
Mexico Custom has an MXN 99 monthly base plus eligible modules. A Custom configuration genuinely equivalent to a complete packaged plan in the same market, cadence, tax treatment, limits and rights must be quoted at no less than 110% of that package; partial selections receive no automatic surcharge. Other regional rates/cadences require a separately approved price book, not live FX conversion.
A module included in a plan is not charged again for the same scope. Loyalty is a benefit within Advanced, subject to actual availability; a future stand-alone sale needs its own approved SKU and enablement. Deferred modules and future Pro functionality are not represented as operational.
13. License holder, payer and tax documents
Each license has its own covered profile, fiscal recipient data and related documents; a single payer may pay for multiple licenses without becoming their owner or administrator. Billing, contracting and operational permissions are separate. Fiscal data changes apply prospectively; previously issued tax documents may be corrected only through the applicable legal process, without rewriting the issued historical document.
