1. Nature
Lifetime is a non-transferable right to use an eligible ez Connect plan without mandatory recurring base-plan fees. It does not transfer ownership of the software, code, infrastructure or brand.
2. Eligibility
Lifetime is offered for Starter and Basic when shown in the offer. Advanced does not include Lifetime. Amber Hub is a separate one-time product.
3. Scope
Includes the current plan or a functional equivalent, base hosting and general technical maintenance within plan limits. It does not include unlimited human work, redesigns, new translations, integrations or third-party costs.
4. Continuity Mode 2035
The commercial architecture aims to preserve a minimum core for eligible Lifetime licenses at least through December 31, 2035, subject to law, extraordinary technical impossibility or force majeure.
5. External providers
Third-party APIs, messaging, maps, wallets and payment providers are outside our full control and may be replaced with equivalents where possible.
6. Abuse
Fraud, illegal use, serious infringement or security risk may justify suspension or termination under the applicable process.
7. Refunds
Starting onboarding may limit commercial refunds but never removes mandatory statutory rights.
