1. Nature
ez Store is a cross-profile catalog that may support direct orders, quotes, service requests, scheduling or digital products depending on configuration.
2. Seller/service provider
The profile owner remains the seller or service provider to the end customer unless a specific transaction expressly states otherwise. ez Connect provides technology and does not by default assume inventory, delivery, invoicing or refunds.
3. Confirmation
As a general rule, a request alone does not constitute seller acceptance; commitment arises when the owner confirms and, where prepayment applies, relevant payment conditions are met.
4. Data
Where ez Connect processes data on behalf of the owner, the privacy notice and applicable data-processing terms apply.
