Profile Transactions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the profile owner or establishment is the underlying seller/service provider. ez Connect provides technology, records, support and security controls and does not automatically become a party to the underlying purchase, booking or service.

May support direct orders, quotes, service requests, scheduling or digital products. A commitment generally arises when the seller confirms and, where prepayment is required, when payment receipt is also confirmed as applicable.

The establishment confirms, prepares and hands over the order and must disclose relevant timing and restrictions.

The establishment defines delivery area, cost, preparation and fulfillment. ez Connect is not the carrier.

External links transfer the flow to third-party platforms, whose terms then apply.

Through Basic, Reservations is a WhatsApp-based request. There is no real-time table inventory or capacity engine. The request is not confirmed until the establishment expressly accepts it.

From Advanced, when enabled, the establishment may configure tables/areas, capacity, hours, blocks, duration and availability rules. The system can automatically confirm, reject or keep requests pending based on those rules.

The establishment remains responsible for accurate legal/operational capacity and configuration. WhatsApp remains a convenience notification; message delivery does not by itself change the system status.

The establishment is the invoice issuer; ez Connect only facilitates data collection/transmission when enabled.

Calculates/divides amounts and opens payment methods supplied by the establishment. ez Connect does not receive funds or full card data.

Roadmap until expressly shown as available.

Underlying product, preparation, delivery, booking or invoice complaints primarily belong to the establishment. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
