JADE is the commercial name of the vertical whose stable internal identifier is `SOCIAL_IMPACT`.
2. Organization
The owner is responsible for legal existence, authority, permissions, goals, claims and published materials. ez Connect does not certify an organization’s legitimacy or impact unless expressly verified.
3. Donations and crowdfunding
Legal V1.0 does not include an implied donation, crowdfunding, fundraising or funds-custody feature. Any future such feature requires a dedicated legal dossier before activation.
4. Content and transparency
Intellectual-property, privacy, acceptable-use and sponsorship/transparency rules apply where relevant.
