Specific terms for businesses, brands, catalogs, services and branches.

1. Scope

SAPPHIRE covers business/brand presence, catalogs and enabled features.

2. Commercial responsibility

The owner is responsible for products, services, prices, promotions, claims, permits, warranties, invoicing and consumer obligations that apply to it.

3. Trademarks

Brand use requires rights or authorization. ez Connect does not acquire ownership merely by providing the service.

4. Branches and Amber Hub

Each license covers the unit defined in the order. Amber Hub is a separate cross-platform product and does not replace branch licenses.

Version control

These documents may be updated as the service, law or operating model changes. Updates do not waive mandatory rights or retroactively remove paid rights. Material revisions are recorded in the public change log.
