1. Price, currency and taxes
Mexico is priced in MXN with VAT included in consumer-facing prices. Canada uses CAD; the Americas outside Mexico and Canada and the rest of the world use USD; the UK GBP; the EU EUR, unless a specific offer says otherwise. Contract country and the accepted order prevail over IP-based suggestions.
2. Recurring subscriptions
Before purchase we show amount, currency, taxes, cadence and whether auto-renewal applies. Automatic charges require express acceptance.
Where Mexican consumer auto-renewal rules apply, ez Connect will provide at least five calendar days’ advance notice and allow immediate, penalty-free cancellation to prevent the next renewal.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless law provides otherwise, service continues through the paid period and is not automatically prorated.
4. Failed payment and suspension
Operational target: notices/attempts on days 0, 3 and 7, with suspension around day 10 if unpaid.
5. Retention and reactivation
Days 1–30: reactivation without an extra reactivation fee, plus the new applicable service period. Days 31–90: a storage/reactivation charge may apply at 25% of the current local monthly price, capped at one month. Recovery is not guaranteed after 90 days.
6. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, modules and extras follow the order and availability. Lifetime licenses do not directly upgrade into another Lifetime license.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Commercial policies do not replace mandatory statutory refund or consumer rights.
8. Price changes
Price changes are prospective and communicated before affecting a renewal where required.
9. Payment methods, authorization and tax recipients
Mexico contracting may accept cash, bank transfer or Stripe, subject to the accepted order and actual availability; outside Mexico, Stripe is contemplated. Cash/transfer confirmation is manual: a proof of payment or initiated transfer does not activate a license until receipt is confirmed. Automatic Stripe billing requires express consent; manual methods do not in themselves create auto-renewal.
The payer, profile owner, license holder and tax recipient may differ. One payer may cover several licenses, each retaining its own fiscal information and documents. Changes are prospective; issued tax documents are corrected only under applicable legal procedures, never silently overwritten.
10. Community continuity and disabled-module configuration
When a recurring license loses paid entitlements and an eligible Community level is available, the profile may remain active at Community level without paid capabilities. Eligible private configuration for each disabled paid module will be retained for twelve full calendar months from that module's latest deactivation, subject only to legally required erasure or other legitimate applicable exceptions, with no public visibility or access grant; a later deactivation resets that module's own clock only.
Ordinary expiry-based deletion requires mandatory notice at least thirty calendar days in advance and may not occur before the full twelve-calendar-month module-specific period has elapsed, independently of the legally required auto-renewal notice in section 2. Feature reactivation requires verified payment, license and permissions; restoration requires that configuration still exist. Following valid deletion, the configuration must be provided again.
The ninety-day reference in section 5 relates to the historical recovery policy for a suspended recurring account, not an automatic deletion of an active Community profile or the separate twelve-month disabled-module configuration window. Historical reactivation charges remain subject to reconciliation with the catalog and accepted order; this text does not authorize conflicting automatic charges. Mandatory erasure, privacy and legal retention duties prevail.
