Community

Community is available only when enabled for the relevant vertical and market. Having prepared terms does not require open enrollment.

Community may limit languages, media, social links, actions, highlighted items, analytics, forms, orders, reservations or other features according to the current configuration.

Upgrades keep compatible URL/content. Downgrades may temporarily retain paid configuration during the published recovery period without keeping paid features active.

Accounts may be subject to inactivity notices and later deletion under the published retention rules.

Community does not require ez Connect to offer the same free enrollment indefinitely to new users; mandatory rights and accepted conditions remain protected where applicable.

Personal Free describes an account's personal area and is not a business Community license. Community is the free commercial level of a solution only when enabled; it does not grant paid modules, access to another organization or edit permissions.

Where a paid plan transitions to Community, the profile retains its identity and compatible URLs/QR codes; paid capabilities not included in Community become inactive immediately. Eligible private configuration for each disabled paid module will be retained for twelve full calendar months from its latest deactivation, subject only to legally required erasure or other legitimate applicable exceptions, without public exposure or an access grant. Each later deactivation starts a distinct period for that module.

Ordinary expiry-based deletion of that configuration requires mandatory notice at least thirty calendar days in advance and cannot occur before twelve calendar months have elapsed since that module's latest deactivation. Re-purchase within the window may restore existing configuration only after payment, license and ACL checks; validly deleted configuration must be entered again. Mandatory erasure requests, legal retention duties and privacy policy control. This provision does not itself activate an automated process.
