1. Scope
ONYX organizes hospitality presence, menus, promotions, events, bookings, contact and operational features according to the contracted plan.
2. Establishment responsibility
The establishment remains responsible for hours, prices, menus, disclosed allergens, availability, permits, restricted products, service, preparation, delivery, reservations, invoicing and sector compliance.
3. Plans and modules
Starter, Basic and Advanced enable different capabilities under the current offer. Roadmap modules are not included until expressly enabled.
4. Reservations
Basic: WhatsApp request with manual confirmation and no real-time table/capacity engine. Advanced: when enabled, can manage availability, tables/areas, capacity and rules to automatically confirm, reject or keep requests pending; WhatsApp remains a convenience notice.
5. Ordering
Pickup and Own Delivery are separate ONYX flows from ez Store. Delivery Apps opens external platforms. The establishment remains responsible for the underlying order.
6. Data
When ez Connect processes guest data for the establishment, the applicable data-processing terms govern the parties’ roles.
