ONYX Addendum — Hospitality

ONYX organizes hospitality presence, menus, promotions, events, bookings, contact and operational features according to the contracted plan.

The establishment remains responsible for hours, prices, menus, disclosed allergens, availability, permits, restricted products, service, preparation, delivery, reservations, invoicing and sector compliance. ez Connect does not issue the establishment’s tax invoice or replace its permits, verifications or sector-specific duties.

Starter, Basic and Advanced enable different capabilities under the current offer. Roadmap modules are not included until expressly enabled.

Basic: WhatsApp request with manual confirmation and no real-time table/capacity engine. Advanced: when enabled, can manage availability, tables/areas, capacity and rules to automatically confirm, reject or keep requests pending; WhatsApp remains a convenience notice. In Advanced, ez Connect applies the rules configured by the establishment but does not independently certify or guarantee that configured capacity matches the establishment’s actual legal or operational capacity; the establishment is responsible for that configuration and its updates.

Pickup and Own Delivery are separate ONYX flows from ez Store. Delivery Apps opens external platforms. The establishment remains responsible for preparing, charging, fulfilling and resolving complaints relating to the underlying order. ez Connect is not the employer of the establishment’s or third-party platform’s couriers. When payment is made in cash, through a physical terminal or another payment method outside an ez Connect payment flow, ez Connect does not receive or process those funds.

When ez Connect processes guest data for the establishment, the applicable data-processing terms govern the parties’ roles.
