STARTER AND BASIC · ONE-TIME PAYMENT

One payment for the base plan. No recurring monthly fee for that contracted base plan.
External services, payment processing, additional editorial work, expansions, customizations and future premium capabilities may carry separate charges.
LIFETIME ALSO MAKES YOU AN EZ PIONEER
Choose Lifetime and you become an ez Pioneer. If you later need capabilities from a higher plan, add only the modules you are missing, with the applicable Pioneer benefit—without paying again for what you already have.
If you have Basic Lifetime and later need Advanced capabilities, you pay only for the additional modules you need, with 30% off their current equivalent price.
As an ez Pioneer, you receive up to 30% off eligible ez Connect digital products and capabilities.
You also receive up to 10% off eligible physical products, including NFC products and future ez Connect merchandise.
Pioneer benefits apply to eligible products and capabilities. Third-party services, payment processing, editorial work, customizations and other non-eligible items are charged separately.

Starter and Basic can be purchased with one payment for the base plan. Every Lifetime customer becomes an ez Pioneer. If you later need capabilities from a higher plan, you can add only the eligible modules you need with 30% off their current equivalent price, plus Pioneer benefits of up to 30% off eligible digital products and up to 10% off eligible physical products. Lifetime does not mean unlimited human work or automatically include external services, customizations or future premium capabilities.
ez Connect does not charge a marketplace commission on orders the establishment operates directly through Pickup or Own Delivery. Third-party payment processing, messaging, logistics or external service costs may still apply.
No. ONYX is designed to connect tools that already belong to your operation and use them when they make sense.
Once all required materials are complete: Starter up to 24 hours, Basic up to 48 hours and Advanced up to 72 hours. Missing information, scope changes or external dependencies may adjust the timeline.
You can request updates within the scope of your plan. Bulk changes, content production or work outside the contracted scope may be quoted separately.
Own Delivery is fulfilled by your own establishment. Delivery Apps sends the customer to an external platform that controls its own order, payment and logistics.
Basic structures the request and sends it through WhatsApp for your team to confirm. Advanced, when enabled, can work with availability, tables, zones, capacity and rules to register the request status.
No. ONYX works in the browser and can open from a URL, QR or other access point.
Depending on your operation, payment gateways, messaging, domains, own logistics, APIs or other third-party services may carry costs outside the base license.
No. Each license corresponds to one profile or branch. Multi-location operations can receive a specific proposal.
